All products are handcrafted and individually made. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and burn patterns are normal and make each piece unique.

Payment is required before production begins. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice.

3. Custom Orders
Personalized and custom items cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once production has started. Please verify all names, dates, and design details before placing your order.

4. Shipping
Processing times vary based on workload and the complexity of each piece. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed, and Char'd is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns or replacements are only accepted if the wrong item is received or the item arrives damaged. You must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

6. Intellectual Property
All artwork, photographs, logos, designs, and website content are the property of Char'd and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability
Char'd is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our products or website. Liability is limited to the purchase price of the item.
