Returns & Exchanges

Every piece created by Char’d is handcrafted with care. Because each item is individually hand-burned, all sales are considered final.

We accept returns or exchanges only if your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged item and packaging
• A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll replace the item at no additional cost.

Personalized & Custom Orders

All sales are final on custom and personalized pieces. Because every item is individually hand-burned to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on custom work. This includes custom skateboard decks, pet portraits, memorials, and personalized gifts. Custom and personalized pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once production has begun.

Please double-check all names, dates, spelling, and reference photos before placing your order.

Shipping Damage

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can work with you to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided work has not already begun.

Natural Wood Variations

Each piece is hand-burned on natural wood. Variations in wood grain, color, knots, and burn tone are normal and part of what makes every piece one of a kind. These natural characteristics are not considered defects.
