Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5–10 business days. Custom or highly detailed pieces may require additional time. If your order will take longer than expected, we’ll let you know.

Shipping

Free standard shipping is included on all orders within the United States.

Delivery Times

After your order has shipped, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Char’d is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can help resolve the issue.

If your package appears to be lost, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Char’d is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update the address.
